      Pros

      Great place to work. OT is always available if wanted and never worked more hours or days than I wanted to. I always had my time off approved. Climate-controlled and very clean.

      Cons

      ZF is a good company to work for but with regards to IT, they are cheap. They have the mindset of a small mom-and-pop shop, when in reality, they are a huge organization. Saving money is important, but not replacing key employees

      Personally I have a good manager but can't speak for everyone

      Cons

      Super busy and stressful because they are understaffed. Not enough people because they haven't given raises or promotions in years and there is no answer for when they will start doing it so everyone is leaving. They won't hire anyone to replace them because they are broke and trying to save money.
