The staff who are non mgmt are all genuine, sincere with many hard working and exceeding beyond what is required of them, all to support the business. Business is growing. Recently bought TRW Salaries in some roles are very good Perfect companyntonwork for if you are on a senior management career path. You’ll be well rewarded for putting in little effort.
Cons
Management are short sighted and always aim to support their own interests first. Culture is misguided, stagnated and stuffy. HR management prioritise their career progression over improving the culture of the business. Hard work is not rewarded but if you come to work with a runny nose and a cough then you wrongly receive plaudits. Unbalanced workload in many areas. Some employees avoid hard work (especially senior mgmt) where as other take on extra to ensure the business does not suffer.
