Pros
If you are non-union you can make your hours. You can even leave for hours at a time without completing your work assignments with no reprimanding.
Cons
Too many to name. If you care about the work you are doing, chances are you are going to have to make up for the inefficiencies of your teammates. Leadership here is non existant. There are plenty managers who are only out for themselves and their own advancement. I had better managers in fast food 10 years ago. I caught one manager talking about me behind my back to a peer of mine, and this was commonplace as that manager would vent to me about their other employees. If your employees are failing, it's because of your lack (or absence) of any leadership ability or character. Same manager would often times copy and paste emails of mine as their own when communicating with our customer, and later Pat themselves on the back for what they did. Same manager would also agree to whatever you would explain that had any sort of intelligent thought, as if they were already well aware of the circumstances. Same manager would also tell me to go away (with a hand gesture) if the plant manager was around, so that they could brown nose.
