Pros

If you thrive in an entrepreneurial and transformational environment, you will love ZAGG. The company has gone from barely surviving 6 years ago to being picked up by private equity and leading the market in several of our product categories. The past few years have been focused on fixing the business, improving our processes, developing innovative products, upgrading out talent and simply executing our turnaround plan. We are not for everyone. Transforming a business is hard. We are big enough to have resources but small enough that you can impact the business almost daily. Smart, driven, creative and results driven people do best here.

Cons

Some will criticize the 5 days in the office...that said, some will say it is great because we are real time / live collaboration all day long. Teams meetings are fine...but the operational rhythm and pace from being face to face each day has seems to provide some big advantages. That said..it is not for everyone.

Pros

Mophie is in a genuine growth phase, and it shows in the energy across the team. Leadership has a clear vision for where the brand is headed and isn't shy about investing in the people and tools needed to get there. The product lineup is strong — rooted in Apple ecosystem accessories with real innovation behind it — and there's a real sense of pride in what we make. Culture is collaborative and fast-moving. There's room to take ownership of your work and make a meaningful impact, which is rare at a company with this level of brand recognition. Compensation is competitive, and the benefits package reflects that leadership takes retention seriously. For anyone in marketing, it's a particularly exciting time — the brand is being rebuilt in a thoughtful way, with real budget and ambition behind it.

Cons

The pace of change can be a lot to keep up with. As the company grows and evolves, priorities can shift quickly, which requires flexibility and comfort with ambiguity. If you prefer a highly structured, slow-moving environment, this probably isn't the right fit. That said, for people who thrive in dynamic settings, it's actually energizing.
