the staff is really nice and friendly, despite the ods
Cons
the general atmosphere is of conflict and toxicity. The management seem to be in constant competition, one against the other and micromanagement is their downfall. The lack of trust amongst the leadership members and the constant chaos is palpable and visible. It has had a negative impact on work life balance and ultimately mental health and well being.
