Pros
20 days of AL 9am - 6pm. Work life balance (Everybody or most leaves on the dot) Flexible arrangement of working from home from time to time (management is trying to cut down on this benefit though) Comprehensive medical/dental coverage Some great coworkers with great personality (emphasizing on SOME) Nothing to rave about the office, a nice pool table if that counts
Cons
Pantry is pathetic. It's sad, I've never seen any pantry in my entire career sadder than this. If you're expecting the perks of a stocked up pantry with variety supplies of snacks drinks etc like in most ecommerce companies, you'd be very disappointed here. All previous reviews mentioned here is as true as it gets, it used to be a nice office to work in until a change of management. Management is very condescending and extremely unprofessional. They are not afraid to demean or degrade you infront of other people and most people choose to remain passive in fear of losing their job. HR is as bad as it possibly can get. Extremely incompetent and creator of dramas and politics. HR have caused a few people to leave due to her unethical and bullying behavior. Management is in every way lack of business ethics and acumen. Nobody understands what the company is doing neither do they know what is the company's vision (because there really isn't one focus except for raising the share price and making money) This isn't the typical SGX listed company; it resembles more like a poorly start-up company in many ways. Zero staff welfare hence high attrition rate and extremely low morale within the company (except for a few figure heads that are earning a good sum of money doing nothing or only the bare minimum to keep the company going)
