The work culture and the senior management, are good cooperative and like in any good startup, they are open to your ideas irrespective of your background. It's a great place to start learning if you actually want to work rather than just make a living. These guys literally know how to code, the level is nothing less than that of an MNC. I guess in some cases even better than an MNC.

The coffee machine sucks. Office hours are limited so you can't stay for long hours. The canteen since office change is under construction so I've to walk down 100 meters for food.

1. flexible work hours, 2. they don't care if you work for 12-14 hours a day or don't work at all, just deliver the results and you are good 3. base pay is good, not like any other companies which shows 8lpa as CTC but gives you only around 40-42k in hand monthly salary. Even though the base pay is between 5-6.5 but you will get everything in hand.

1. very new startup(in 2021), so there is a chance that it may fail 2. 2nd point of pros can be a con to somebody
