No job security over the last three years. Frequent reorganizations happen every few months. Most talented employees have left, leading to a noticeable decline in code quality. Food quality is extremely poor. Even after paying, hygiene issues like worms and cockroaches have been observed. Earlier, food was free and better maintained. Silent layoffs are common. Employees are let go without warning or proper feedback, even if their performance has been good or recognized with awards. Management often asks employees to keep such layoffs confidential. Lack of empathy for personal or medical situations. Employees are expected to be present even during serious family medical issues, and taking leave is difficult. This sometimes leads to silent layoffs. Some highly positive reviews do not reflect the current reality(paid campaign by org).
