Nothing. And i am being being generous and modest as I can get. Literally nothing

No process, no knowledge of technologies, cometh a new day cometh a new idea. Yes, they are that unstable with their thought process. Withholding employees salary and firing them without prior notice. I have seen employees begging for their due salary when they left which they got after 3-4 months or never. To top that they don't pay a lucrative amount to their existing employees and expect you to top google. The list can go on and on. Moral of the story don't ever join this company. There are a lot of better opportunities in the market

Good working environment, Seniors are very helpful, flexibility of time, great place for a fresher if he/she wants to learn and work from day 1.

There are no cons. 6 days working may be an issue for someone but if you want to learn more then you have to work more as simple as that.
