      Modern offices Some lovely people on the teams that want to do a good job Closes for Christmas in some areas

      Cons

      No communication on strategy No want to do things correctly - industry best practices/regulation/licence conditions Poor salaries in comparison to industry benchmarking Poor culture Poor customer service ethos, get as much money out of the customer as possible CEO unapproachable and unprofessional as well as inappropriate when discussing customer accounts/bad debt Cameras and recording all over the building - no professional privacy Systems that monitor and record every keystroke and screen views Cliques and inexperienced management - with promotions that are inappropriate and unfair.

      management toxic, hide behind smile but like to discuss issues behind whispers. take things personally. mad atmosphere for no reason other then there personally vendetta.

Our management team are open to feedback to help them, their teams and the organisation continually improve. At Yu Energy, there is a strong zero-bullying tolerance which reflects all employee legislation. We have very clear processes and policies to ensure individuals speak up and report any negative behaviour to your line manager or the HR department. It is disappointing you did not raise these points if you felt this was the case whilst you were still a Yu employee, we have an open door policy and the HR team are available at any time to help and address any concerns that you may have.       Pros

      I have worked for Yu Energy coming up to 8 years and can honestly say i have never had any issues. Reading previous reviews stating that we are overworked and underpaid i think this is a massive exaggeration. When joining a company you are expected to work to earn your wage. Unfortunately alot of people dont have this mindset and think that it is a playground, We are a striving energy company that at certain times of the month we are under pressure due to queries that need rectifying. This is the time to show how hands on you are and show you can work as part of a team. The people are lovely ranging from the domestic staff to the CEO. Everyone is treated the same where i am concerned.

      Cons

      Carparking in the leicester area but this is something we cant rectify due to the location.
