Our management team are open to feedback to help them, their teams and the organisation continually improve.
At Yu Energy, there is a strong zero-bullying tolerance which reflects all employee legislation. We have very clear processes and policies to ensure individuals speak up and report any negative behaviour to your line manager or the HR department.
It is disappointing you did not raise these points if you felt this was the case whilst you were still a Yu employee, we have an open door policy and the HR team are available at any time to help and address any concerns that you may have.
