      Management was bad and immature. No warnings before termination and termination is instant and over a quick call. Since you're working from home, they'll work ya.

      Very warm, welcoming, and humane. The work is fun and fulfilling and the hours are flexible. Leadership is outstanding.

      Cons

      The salary doesn’t increase, and when it does, it is minor. It can leave you feeling stuck as the years go by.
