Pros

Really nothing good about this place

Cons

- management have favorites and promote their favorites to become other managers - all talk and no action - high staff turnover - they promote and publish great marketing materials but don't let it food you, it's all for show. - They're actually a cult - don't drink the coolaid - they don't take staff complaints seriously - people and culture (HR) told other staff members confidential information - they can't afford to pay proper wages, so their staff are all entry-level and there's little support for them so the frontline workers who are passionate people are being let down and not skilled enough to work with the cohorts

Pros

Ability to make change when you focus on the work and not the toxic environment you work in. Some great co-workers,

Cons

Management are awful. Bullies. They promote bullies into position of power. They don’t resolve anything. They talk the talk and don’t deliver. They don’t provide required regular supervision. I’m the time I worked here, 10 staff resigned due to bullying and harassment from team leaders. Management don’t deal with the issue makers, but just allow the victims to leave. The place is left being run by rude and incompetent and dishonest and disrespectful staff while the good hard working staff leave. You will never be supported by middle management who are scared of upper management. The company is always seen to strive for higher and greater things rather than working on what they are already doing’s nd fixing any challenges they have alrwsdy. As a company they are always looking to grow to support clients but never work on the internal issues that end up taking up all their time as they ignore it. You will get no support. Your mental health will suffer, you’ll work overtime as they won’t employ more staff or can’t . And they won’t help with work loads to give work/ life balance. HR is a joke. They try to be your friend, but they work and get paid for by the company do they will always align with them no matter what. They don’t care about you and your mental health at all. HR employs bullies into positions of power. And they treat good employees with disdain. When a long standing CEO leaves a business like this, you know it has issues.
