Everyone in the team, no matter what level of seniority provide support, general advice and answer any questions that you may have at any given time. There is a strong team energy within Yourkeys and one to one manger meetings take place fortnightly to discuss what is going well with your role, what needs extra attention and to see how you as an individual can be supported more by the business if required. Working from home is great and with communication levels so high, you don't even feel like you are sitting alone at home the majority of the time! Full flexibility is given in terms of working hours and you are made to feel genuinely valued.

Great team. Everyone believes in the vision and things move quickly. Great support from the tech team so we could make sure customers got what they wanted.

Company is still small so career development opportunities are limited but this will change as it grows.
