      Pros

      Colleagues are always friendly and we help lots of people every day, which feels good! Training is well organized and they care about employee growth, very nice.

      Cons

      Only minor downside is the lunch area can be a bit crowded, but it's a great place to work overall.

      Pros

      I worked remotley in Bulgaria for one of the projects, as i relocated with my family and we choose to live in a quite and peacefull village, rather than the big city. I am grateful for the support i receive, and i never felt left behind throughout the process, even though i work online from home.

      Cons

      The only thing that bothered me, is that i wish they organized more teambuildings even for the remote agents, so we can get to know eachother in person as well. Overall i am happy with my working experience in YOURCE.
