YourRepair is a great place to work that doesn't actually feel like work, your managers actually care about you and listen to what you have to say, Don't get me wrong you will still have bad days but YourRepair actually helps you through it rather than putting you down. Its a great work-life balance and you can switch off once you have finished, this is a great place to progress and you do become part of the furniture. Pros: Regular fun days- Bingo and Chinese are always a hit. Great holiday allowance- more than most companies Sick pay so you don't need to worry They have your back!

Winter can be tough but it's expected with a boiler repair company but it is worth it in the end.

Excellent management team, excellent colleagues , supportive, Open to ideas. does not matter where you come from you are rewarded, recognized and appreciated for your work.
