Pros
Nothing as such just some good people around in the team
Cons
This company is a masterclass in how NOT to run a business. Processes change daily without logic or structure, and management shamelessly expects you to work well beyond your official hours with zero compensation. Salaries are far from fair, and leave approvals depend entirely on the mood swings of team leaders who, frankly, lack even the basic skills to lead. Turnover is ridiculous — people join and quit almost every week. Hiring is chaotic, and appraisal cycles shift each year to suit the CEO’s convenience. If you’re due for an appraisal in December and they change it to September, too bad — you wait another year. The operations team is a joke. Team leaders take credit for your work in meetings while contributing nothing. Office hygiene is appalling — restrooms are worse than public toilets, and the so-called “food” is so bad it has caused multiple cases of food poisoning. Drinking water isn’t reliably available either. Need leave for a funeral or a personal emergency? Forget it — the ops leads are that insensitive. LinkedIn is flooded with fake feel-good posts from the CEO and co-founder to paint a pretty picture, but inside, the work culture is abusive, political, and utterly toxic. Leaders scream at employees in front of everyone, and the COO doesn’t bat an eye. This so-called “emotional wellness company” offers zero wellness to its own employees. Team outings are pathetic, internal politics are disgusting, and the entire atmosphere is demoralizing. If you value your career, health, or sanity, do yourself a favor — stay far away from this place.
