Pros

Work with clients in your geographic region that match your skill set. Create your own reports and dashboards. YPTC has a 35 work week and you get paid for working more than 35 hours! Earn commissions for new clients and employees. Make your own schedule...YPTC does not micro-manage. However, the entire team is available in an instant if needed. Lots of training is provided!

Cons

Be prepared for messy client situations. The compensation is a bit lower than average.

Keep in mind - the compensation is based on a 35 hour work week. Therefore, the hourly rate is actually higher than average in many cases - since most of our staff come to us from a 50+ hour a week schedule. Additionally, the base pay that is listed on the "salaries" page is lower than what we typically pay. We think there might be one or two part-time salaries in there, as we're flexible with staff who prefer to work less than a full time schedule. And, when our staff members work more than 35 hours in a week - WE PAY THEM FOR IT! What a great perk, right?!
