Pros
There are many wonderful people that work at this company. The leadership really values mentorship and collaboration. Even though there are many offices throughout the country- our monthly staff meetings make it easy to seem connected. One doesn't feel micromanaged, so if you are good at what you do- you have a lot of autonomy. Opportunity to learn about many different nonprofits, so not boring or mundane.
Cons
As one works on their own- you have to hit the ground running. There are many scenarios where you could not know the answer as one has many clients- so that can be overwhelming, but always have option to talk with a manager.
