A genuinely inclusive workplace culture. Social and health equity is at the centre of everything and that is led from the top. Progressive values. Flexible and understanding workplace. Most LGBTIQA+ inclusive organisation I've worked for.

The community health sector generally isn't well funded, which places pressure on organisations to be financially sustainable. Not a critique of the organisation but the realities of the sector at the moment.

Colleagues are generally great. Work life balance is good.

Too business focused. Has lost it's touch caring for community. Access is hard for people who do not speak English or have a disability.
