very structured but open to change with my school hours. pay is fair and potential to grow. they offer health insurance medical and vision dental.

you have to spend lots of time learning medical terms. you also have to get training in security and privacy which is expected however one cannot start to untell one finishes all requirements. they do pay while training, however, cannot officially start until you complete all. tedious

No drug testing or background checks

The owners (The doctors) do not care about your well-being. They only care about how many accurate pages you can send out for as cheap as possible. The managers pretend to care about your well-being, but have a very "you scratch my back, I'll scratch yours" attitude. I worked there for 3 years and only received 5 dollars in raises, I was a top performer and was promoted to supervisor in under a year. I ended up leaving for a much better paying job. I have been with the other employer for 2 years, and have received 9 dollars in raises. Do better, YouCall.
