You won't find more intelligent, hard working people anywhere, and everyone gets along. There's always someone to cover your back when a deadline looms, and initiative and creativity are highly valued.
Cons
The company generously allows employees to work from home, on occasion, but that sometimes causes a problem when a project needs more face-to-face interaction among teammates.
