1. Lots of micro management in the company. 2. No proper salary hikes. 3. The lady Principal Product manager is very bad and toxic. she doesn't have any knowledge about product managemnt. She only knew project management and also talks very badly and rude. 4. Lots of politics in the office. 5. Have to blindly follow whatever the client says. 6. It's a purely a service-based company, and if you are someone who is from product-based company, your ideas and values are not at all appreciated, and also they won't allow you to do it. 7. We have to just follow whatever the client says and blindly follow him. 8. No job security and can get fired at any time once the project is finished. 9. Not at all a good place to work, since it is very toxic also the salary hike is very, very low. 10. Have to bootlick the clients and make them happy or else you are fired.
