Pros

Happy to know the company management has heard employees' voices and finally standardized the internal work policies in fraud and payments to some extent. At least it's fair and good-looking now on the job ad with this additional information added: "This role involves working every two weekends or more." Dating back to my hell time in this team with some people's unpleasant, unprofessional, and unfair management aka office bullying, the team Head and team Lead put a lot fewer weekends/evening shifts for their close friends. Needless to say, this team had/has many other serious problems...Clearly, something's off in this team, and not fair if one works way fewer weekends/evenings than the others just because of nepotism. Please remember to distribute the shifts in a fair way for everyone if nobody really likes these weekends and evening shifts. Furthermore, please treat people fairly by all means, not only this shift rotation thing.

Cons

Many loopholes and high turnover rate.. I always regret that I didn't leave this toxic team earlier, the painful trauma is real and never fades away.
