Pros
Once you have some hires under your belt, can do well with bonus plan, especially if you work in higher paying sectors like Tech, Engineering, etc. Company culture was cool. As long as you were profitable, that was more important that daily metrics
Cons
Base pay, benefits, etc arent beating anyone else in the industry, but they arent garbage either. Alot of internal competition between offices, regions, etc., so someone higher up probably feels pressure to do better than the region next to them, and that can trickle down, but thats any agency company.
