Pros
Nationwide company with locations and opportunities all over the US. Strong history, mature internal processes and methodologies. Reputable company backed by an even more reputable parent company, Day & Zimmerman. One of the better commission structures for recruiters/account managers. Excellent recognition programs for top performers. Lots of resources available to recruiters, good applicant tracking system. Collaborative approach to developing new policies and procedures, utilizing cross-functional teams made up of staff representing all lines of business.
Cons
Yoh changes often, which is a good thing, but if you are change-averse this is not the environment for you. The company is good at adapting to meet the needs of the market, but if you aren't able to handle that, you won't do well. Those that embrace the changes, though, succeed. Another downside, potentially, is that Yoh is not a well known name in many markets, even in cities where it does millions in revenue. This is a downside if you are looking for a company that has instant name recognition. However, the upside is that it presents an opportunity to tell our story.
