Teaming - Incredible, talented individuals collaborating on all level. The team culture is tangible. Opportunity - Super-focussed on eyewateringly ambitious goals, which makes for so many opportunities to grow and contribute to a compelling vision.
Cons
Yoco runs at pace - If you don't buy into the vision and/or you're not up for a challenge, Yoco is probably not the ideal environment for you (and that's not really a con, simply a culture to consider carefully).
