Cons
- The pay scale has not really changed much in the last few years, and some greyscales will bump while others stay the same. My GS level has been the same since 2020 and the one below me got bumped right as I was promoted to the next one, and the one above me was also bumped. Still, the pay is technically tied to the higher end of the market so I still feel well compensated overall, just feel like all GS should move up together instead of being so closely tied to market. - Subject to New York taxes if remote (even if not NY resident). It would be great for them to consider moving company out of New York.
