Work environment is great in the office, everyone works as a team to get the job done. Being employed here has a very personal feel with the job that you don't see with larger corporations. The owners focus on promoting from within so there is a lot of opportunity with this company.

No complaints that come to mind.

Overall the people are very nice and it is a healthy work environment. You can do moderately well without the higher levels of stress that other organizations may have. The owners are ethical and trying to do the right things.

Leadership is C+, they are seasoned small business owners and their "management" team is mostly first-time home grown managers. They have poorly planned strategy and business practices for the size of the organization they have grown into. The current leadership probably excels in the 1-5 million dollar < 30 employee range. Right now the organization is teetering around 10+ million annually and they need more skilled operators to sustain and/or continue growth.
