Pros
Opportunity for travel. Lots of experience available for staff as many different contracts/clients. Flexible working. All teams are largely made up of very nice people.
Cons
Really bad communication between CEO and the rest of the staff. CEO doesn't listen to staff at all. Pay is significantly lower than the industry standard. Workload is unrealistic. Clients are promised too much which cannot be delivered. CEO passes blame to others for any issues that arise. Serious breaches in employee conduct are ignored. Costs are cut wherever possible at the expense of the staff. Micro-managing from the CEO and COO. Equally, both CEO and COO pressure staff into work they are not qualified for. No support network, and no clear development strategies.
