Pros
I have been in quite a few number of MNCs so far and it is the first time I feel like home. Company is promoting positive and constructive culture, and combining this with remote-first approach and various perks, I find it hard to plan my career outside of this company for a while. There is no toxicity and no politics in any teams I have worked with so far, and this feels surreal.
Cons
There is too steep of a learning curve waiting for someone to join the company since many tools are house-built and you need to spend a few good quarters to get used to main tools that you are interacting with. Also, they froze salary increases this year for some levels, which doesn't give the assurance.
