Working at the branches you get to know some pretty good people
Cons
-No yearly salary increase -You work 24/7 -Horrible work-life balance -There's no tier one help desk technicians, you are it! You are both the tier one and tier 3 levels -Extremely toxic -This is a regional job and my region doubled and I had no help. -Management refused to have calls with me when I was trying to get clarification on what they were asking. Their response was just get it done! -They only want "Yes Men" -IT management is novice at best.
