Poor Pay, Bad Management, No Safety - Laborer Yellowstone Landscape Employee Review

The things promised to you when you are interviewed are never followed up on. There is a huge lack of communication between management and the workers. My manager during my time there did nothing to assist us during the brutal heat of Texas summer. Instead, he sat in his air-conditioned truck and ordered us around. We were all promised free water, yet were never given it. The trucks we all drove were barely functioning. We almost never had enough tools for the job. I had several safety concerns, but they were simply ignored. I felt unsafe every day I worked there.
