2yHey hey! Thanks a bunch for your fab review! We're thrilled you loved your time with us—it's like being part of a rad circus, right? We're all about living our culture and keeping it real, even if it means calling out things that do not work. Being a meritocracy also means it's important for everyone to carry their payload. Our performance-driven culture ensures that everyone has an equal opportunity to succeed. If someone is asked to leave, it's usually because their performance or attitude didn't really add up. We recently had to regretfully part ways with a few team members who did not really meet their goals, but we always try to talk things through first and a number of options were considered, feedback shared and lots of opportunities to pivot.
