Great place to learn the ins and outs of a cutting edge technology company. Many opportunities to learn both business and technical skills from senior management. Flexible work environment, good benefits, fun office space and great location 10 minutes from the beach. Great place to establish deep connections into the Miami startup scene. Excellent place to come expand your skill set regardless of level.

Pros

The workplace is a very open, friendly and easy-going space. Located in Wynwood, Miami's Art District, the office has a laid-back startup vibe, while still being at the heart of Miami. Management is very clear about who they want to recruit, not only evaluating people professionally but personality-wise as well; the result is a team that is at the forefront of their field and where everyone gets along very well. One of management's goals is to make YellowPepper a company where people enjoy working, and for that reason they offer some really cool benefits such as Wednesday yoga classes and Monday laundry service. The company's culture fosters a healthy work-life balance as long as one does his job. This company definitely has the potential of becoming the industry leader in its field and to grow its headquarters in Miami.

Cons

Given that it is a relatively new company, sometimes there are some issues with communication as policies and processes are still being established, but that's true for any startup. Salaries are still on the "startup" range.
