Pros
For the most part as long as the people under your supervision are performing tasks correctly, management is pretty laid back.
Cons
Most employees work through either temp agencies, or contract companies management often puts undue stock in the opinions of the on site reps for the temp agency which basically leads to inconsistencies in procedure. Also, any attempt to reprimand a temp must go through a long chain of command so often times discipline is not "on the spot" and loses efficacy.
