Pros
The public is fun to deal with.
Cons
Extremely poor pay. Zero painting skills taught to customers. Instructors get paid different rates all around. With multiple degrees in art and extensive art teaching experience... I had asked for a pay that reflected more than minimum wage and reflected my education and experience. I was told that an art degree and teaching experience were both not requirements for an art instructor job with Yay maker. Isn't that amazing that you have a service of teaching art to people yet do not require any sort of background in art or teaching because you do not want to pay more than minimum wage. A disgrace to art and artists, and a company I would not recommend to work at or participate in a money grab that is not true to the essence of what they say they are offering the public.
