Current management and the blaming/finger pointing instead of listening to the people who have been with YES when we were growing. The real problems are process driven and were brought in with the purchase of a failing company. Good managers were pushed out a year ago and replaced with project managers from ista. Yardi/YES purchased ista, a failing company, and we are copying their failed processes. Why this is not obvious to the executive team is amazing and is why we took a turn for the worse.
2016 goals include more "fun" but the underlying problems will not go away until real changes take place and that includes a mangement change.
