Pros

It is an environment that is not competitive. Employees tend to just do whats required and go home.

Cons

High performance is not rewarded. Each employee receives the same yearly increase whether they outperform their peers or not. This also makes the environment non-competitive and advancement opportunities minimal.

In fact, most of our departments have clear guidelines for advancement, and annual performance and salary reviews provide a benchmark for rewarding outstanding work.

Pros

Good work life balance. Product is great comparatively. Inbound leads come in.

Cons

Not a real sales org. Management doesn't value sales and it shows in pay and company initiatives. Pay far below market value. Crm system sucks. Administrative work load is laughable.
