The company is cheap. Employees salaries are lower than industry average. There is a minimal bonus, $250 a year for all employees. There is profit sharing, but there is no 401K match of any sort. Education reimbursement is minimal at best. The company doesn't even offer commuter transit account/pass; they offer to pay 50% of commuter fee inform of reimbursement but the reimbursement is taxed. The company seems more concerned with donating money to charities than paying their employees what they deserve for all their hard work.
There is also a severe lack of management, training and any sense of direction. Personally my manager is in a different office and I speak with them about once a month. And training is poor throughout all areas/departments of the company. There are online internal training courses, but what is needed is to have internal employee trainers for employee applications.
