Pros
Coworkers are very helpful and enjoyable to work with, flexible schedule, good vacation time (3 weeks), relatively easy job
Cons
Somewhat hectic for an engineering position, seems to have little planning and there is a constant issue of saving money including reducing hours OT. Poor plant worker accountability. If something goes wrong it's difficult to figure out who, why, and when.
