I'd enjoy working for this company its very diverse and room for opportunities to grow.
Cons
No union shop, but attendance points!!! If you speak & be professionally, you can still accomplish your goals. Union shop is a protection for people beliefs of what is right for those company's that have a Union Shop. It also can create position too. Overall, if there's an understanding with the employer and employee's the company can grow a long way.
