      Pros

      Competitive pay, GREAT benefits, good people, fun company culture, flexible, promote from within. I've worked at a lot of companies and this is one of the best.

      Cons

      Occasionally the parent company can be rigid which can lead to less than optimal solutions. But that is pretty rare.

      Pros

      Great workplace, great coworkers, and great culture if you’re passionate about the powersports industry. The benefits are good, 401k match is good.

      Cons

      Pay compensation could be a little better, but this industry is cyclical. When the economy is good, raises and bonuses are easier to obtain. During tough times that affect the industry as a whole, things can get lean, but understandably so.
