Very poor pay and benefits. Example: 1% 401k match after 6 YEARS. Yes I said 6 years to vest 1%! Ownership could not care less about their staff, only money. and this is reflected in company management. Benefits are expensive and not comprehensive or quality. Very low sick pay.
