Pros

You can steal as much as you want and do illegal drugs on the dock, just as long as you run 3.5 bills/hr. And the insurance is decent, for now. It'll be the next thing they hack though.

Cons

The company is corrupt. They railroad their employees thru the sham union who has a 25% stake in the company. Rules are not enforced unless you're caucasian. Management manages from a computer screen and never knows what's going on. This company does not care about the customer anymore or they would do more to prevent damages. They just want production numbers even if they have to cheat to get them. Appealing to HR at YRC is waste of time. Even when something is not your fault, they'll make it your fault. They take responsibility for nothing. Supervision treats the place like its a singles bar. Once daytime management leaves, supervision horses around more than the laborers do. Labor relations manager railroads every worker they deal with, with union help of course. The docks are junkyards. Nothing is organized. The so-called "security cameras" only see what they want them to see. So don't expect justice. YRC is a pale comparison of what Yellow Freight and Roadway used to be. It's an embarrassment anymore. They hire kids from other supervisors' families over people who actually have experience and know the job. Your phone rings everyday for forced OT. You sign a 40 hr bid but it's actually 50. Everything about this company is dishonest and corrupt.
