If you're a lazy pos that can bs your way into/ out of anything(redirect blame) and prefer taking naps on the job or being a suck up bc you have poor/lazy work ethics rather than actually learning , progressing, and putting in the work ... Than this is the place for you let alone move up the ranks faster especially if you have no moral compass when it comes to violating the fair labor rights,retaliation with adverse actions, or creating a hostile work environment for the dockhands that actually take pride in their work
Cons
Management and their negligence for their moral compass in regards to upholding the law for their employees human rights, fair labor rights, and more importantly, for the due diligence for non Management employees due care and due process regarding eeoc, harassment, abuse of company time, and ones livelihood that's supposedly protected under state and federal regulations/laws
