Having an individual, healthy life/work integration strategy and actively listening to the pain points of our organization are very important to our senior leadership team. We gather team member feedback annually through our engagement survey and, as a result, an engagement taskforce subcommittee is now in place and has already begun gathering ideas and building recommendations on how we can continue to set the tone and make continued improvements in this area.
