Pros
The kids are great majorly the time. It’s a 1:4 ratio so barely ever restraints and they’re independent.
Cons
Management! The make you feel like you have to pick up extra overtime shifts and then make you feel guilty when you don’t. They’ll also sometime lead with their emotions and take their anger out on their employees. An the turnover is insane which leads to more anger and more guilt for not picking up shifts. You get written up for the stupidest thing.
