We are sad to receive this review. As with so many companies, we have had to change the way we operate due to the coronavirus pandemic. Field-based account management and 1-2-1 client meetings are no longer possible with social distancing. Thus, with great regret the company has had to either furlough or make redundant three field-based account managers and move our business more online. We are so sorry for the loss of anyone's job or income during these difficult times, however, do not feel that this justifies making untrue derogatory personal comments about anyone. At YorkTest, we have a great collaborative spirit and this is a wonderful company to work for with good values and a fun, professional ethos. We wish this person a happier outlook for the future.
