We apologize for this late response but we want to thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback.
We regret to know that your experience with Yondu did not match our intention to make it the better, if not the best place you have ever worked. We are taking your feedback and addressing all the places we missed in delivering not just quality work outputs but also positive employee experience for every YONDUde who had considered Yondu as their career ground.
As a result of all your valuable feedback:
1. We have strengthened our performance appraisal process through formal bi-annual checkpoint with a 1-on-1 discussion with immediate supervisor and employee to discuss their performance and development needs.
2. Our project processes hits and misses are now supplemented and addressed respectively through a number of training sessions on project management, Agile (SCRUM Methodology) training, DevCon and process enhancement through employing principles of compliance and information security.
3. Regularization at Yondu is a serious and critical process. We take into account not just performance indicators but also feedback from internal and external clients and behavioral indicators that would make one deserve the spot.
4. Our high attrition rating is attributed to only 2 major factors, resource absorption by client (with our staff augmentation) and the need to increase professional value through job exposure with another industry/company.
5. Work-life balance is essential but we would like to clarify that it can also be isolated and subjective depending on scope. We hold, with high esteem, the well-being of our employees, and we are addressing this issue through concrete manpower review and resource allocation.
6. Office politics can be perceived in different ways by different factors - decision-making, authority, level of opportunities and empowerment. Where do we stand? Just mainly being humane...and that makes us subject to human errors.
I hope the above helps you regain that little YONDUde feel in you. Thank you so much!
